This project consisted of retrofitting 60,000 square feet of existing office and warehouse space into the North American headquarters for SABA Adhesives. From the beginning, this was far from a typical office build-out. After sharing a video of their recently completed headquarters in the Netherlands, the SABA team expressed their desire for a workspace that complemented the European concept and design.

We began by immersing ourselves in their vision and operational needs. The result is a truly show-stopping space that reflects both innovation and identity. CEO Jim Turner summed it up best when he said, “It’s their home away from home.”
