Westhaven Builders proudly accepted the role of General Contractor for this $12.5 million, 54,188 sq ft assisted living facility in Wentzville, Missouri. Despite challenging ground conditions, Westhaven played a key role in devising cost-effective solutions to address the issue, enabling the construction of a stunning assisted living facility under the Hampton Manor brand. Completed in August of 2023 Hampton Manor management has reported the building is filling up quickly and has quickly become a community favorite!
