We were tasked with designing and building a large garage all while saving a small dilapidated garage. In order for the client to be able to build the new garage in this location we had to save the smaller garage for grandfather reasons. A large undertaking considering the garage was falling apart. We designed the new garage to fit the style of the old one. We had to completely lift the garage and replace the foundation. The result is a beautiful functioning garage with a ton of space. We also designed and built custom cedar decks on the front and the rear of the house.
